It is the responsibility of the customer “client” to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and pay for deliveries at the specified time of delivery.​



Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is presumed to be authorized to receive and pay for the order.​
Each grocery delivery comes with a copy of the original order and the customer is required to check, sign and receive the items.



The client shall not request of Simply Errands to run errands that are immoral or unlawful in nature.

Services provided by Simply Errands are provided expressly for the client or any person or group named by the client to receive the service.



The client shall endeavour to provide Simply Errands as much detailed information as possible regarding their request in order for Simply Errands to provide excellent service.

The client shall not ask Simply Errands to run errands to, from and for people or places where Simply Errands or associates may experience any form of abuse, bodily harm or death.
