Simply Errands will shop and deliver grocery orders and related services placed with Simply Errands.

Delivery will be made at the address of specification. Payment for groceries, associated services and delivery is due at the time of delivery. Rates do not include the cost of products, services or charges which may be incurred while executing the desired service.



Simply Errands shall be entitled to invoice the Client / Customer for any incidental costs incurred during the facilitation of the Client’s requests, these costs may include unexpected delays, toll charges and any other unexpected additional cost.​

Simply Errands will provide quotations to each customer for their individual unique requests.  There is an order charge of R95.00.​

Should the customer fail to pay any fees or charges due to Simply Errands, the client shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys’ fees and collection costs that Simply Errands may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from the client.

Providing that Simply Errands cannot deliver your order or able to make additional delivery because the client agreed to be present for a delivery and the client is not at the delivery address, an additional re-delivery fee of R250 will be assessed.
