Neither Simply Errands nor any of its employees, investors, agents, licencors or merchants (collectively, its "associates") shall be liable for damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Simply Errands service, the internet or for any other claims related in any way to your relationship with Simply Errands.

Simply Errands liability is limited to crediting the clients account for products bought by Simply Errands and returned by the client.

Simply Errands shall, however, not be liable for any losses, incurred whether directly or indirectly, arising out of delays such as traffic accidents, long lines etc. in the delivery of items ordered.
